Roasted Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Creamy and hearty this Roasted Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo is the perfect comfort meal. Kid friendly and great for a weeknight dinner!

  • 4 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 lb medium pasta shells
  • 1 batch Homemade Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 cups roasted shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 casserole or baking dish and set aside.

  2. ​Heat a medium sauce pan with 1" of water over medium high heat. You can use a steamer basket or add chopped broccoli directly to the water. Cover and steam broccoli for 5-10 minutes or until broccoli is just fork tender.

  3. While broccoli is steaming, cook pasta shells according to package instructions, making sure to reserve the water from the cooked pasta for use in the alfredo sauce.

  4. Once broccoli and pasta are both completed, make the alfredo sauce following the recipe below.

  5. Add pasta, chicken and broccoli to your prepared casserole dish and stir to combine. Pour alfredo sauce over the top of the pasta and mix well.

  6. Top pasta with shredded cheeses and cook in the oven for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
