Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram or ground

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight for maximum freshness and flavor.

Notes

Substitutions and Variations

  • Red Pepper - Add ½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Garlic/Onion - Add ½ teaspoon of both garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Salt - Add ½ teaspoon of kosher salt to enhance the flavor of the seasoning.
  • Fennel - Add ½ teaspoon of fennel seeds to add a licorice flavor.
  • Fresh - Dry fresh herbs and grind them up to use in this blend.
