This delicious grilled broccolini recipe is made with just 5 ingredients in less than 15 minutes. Fresh broccolini is tossed with olive oil, lemon, red pepper flakes, and salt, then charred on the grill.

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium high heat, approximately 375˚.
Combine broccolini with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and salt in a bowl or on a sheet pan.
Toss gently to make sure all of the broccolini is completely covered in oil and seasonings.
Place broccolini on preheated grill in a single layer and cook for for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly charred and bright green.
Serve with extra grilled lemon slices, if desired.
Notes
Place the broccolini at an angle or sideways on the grill so it doesn't fall through the grill grates.
Serve broccolini with lemon, warm or also at room temperature.
Substitutions and Variations
Spice - Increase or omit the red pepper flakes depending on preference.
Cheese - Add shredded asiago or also parmesan cheese after grilling.
Alternative Cooking Methods
Oven - Make roasted broccolini by cooking it in the oven 375˚ on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook till bright green and lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.

Combine broccolini with the seasonings and then stored covered in the bowl for up to 2 days ahead of time.
