Rosemary Simple Syrup


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 springs fresh rosemary


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot over medium high heat. Stir to combine and bring to a low boil. Boil for 5-7 minutes, until sugar is dissolved and syrup is a light yellowish green color. 

  2. Discard rosemary springs and cool completely before using.
