Pulse 3 ounces cooked and drained spinach in a food processor
Add in 3 eggs and 2 cups of flour. Pulse until the dough comes together. Add extra flour until the dough is tacky, not sticky.
Let pasta dough rest for 10 minutes and then roll it out using a pasta machine or stand mixer attachment
Run rolled pasta through the cutter, dusting with flour along the way if they get sticky
Cook in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes
Drain and toss with your favorite sauce!
