BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Step 1

Cut ends off brussels sprouts, remove any yellow leaves and slice them in half

Step 2

Mix brussels sprouts with pistachios, cranberries, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper.

Roast them on a lined sheet pan at 375˚ for 30 minutes, tossing them halfway through cooking
