Mix together stone ground and dijon mustard with maple syrup, dried parsley, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Spread all over a salmon filet.
Mix panko breadcrumbs with dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper and press onto the salmon
Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs
Bake at 375˚ for 25-30 minutes until crispy and browned.
