Step 1

Cut or tear challah bread up into pieces and leave out to dry for the day

Step 2

At night, mix bread with blueberries in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish

Step 3

Mix eggs, half and half, cinnamon and salt together

Step 4

Pour liquid over bread pressing down to moisten. Cover and place in fridge overnight

Step 5

Preheat oven to 350˚ and mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt 

Step 6

Drop mixture by spoonfuls on top of the casserole

Step 7

Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and browned

Step 8

Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle of french toast
