Ingredients

Step 1

Mix beef & seasonings and form meatballs. Brown in dutch oven.

Step 2

Remove meatballs and saute veggies. Add broth, pasta and meatballs and cook 15-20 minutes

Step 3

Once meatballs and pasta are cooked, stir in fresh spinach.

Step 4

Serve soup hot with shredded parmesan cheese
