Make meatballs by mixing together ground beef, garlic powder, italian seasoning, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and an egg. 

Brown for a couple minutes on each side and then remove from the pan

Saute onions, celery, carros and garlic in the pot and then add acini de pepe, vegetable broth, meatballs and italian seasoning

Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meatballs & pasta are cooked and then stir in fresh baby spinach

Serve garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese
