HOMEMADE ITALIAN LASAGNA RECIPE
OVEN READY LASAGNA NOODLES
Brown pork and beef in the olive oil till browned then simmer in marinara
Cook onions, garlic & italian seasoning in olive oil. Mix with ricotta, parmesan, eggs, salt & pepper
Layer pan with one cup of sauce and three oven ready noodles
Spread one third of ricotta mixture on top and top with one third of the cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers two more times so there are three layers of sauce, noodles, ricotta and cheese
Cover with foil and bake at 375˚ for one hour. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
