CITRUS SALAD WITH PISTACHIOS

Step 1

Cut peels and pith off of all of the citrus.

Step 2

Slice into thin, even slices.

Step 3

Mix maple syrup, ginger, vanilla extract and salt.

Step 4

Arrange sliced citrus on a serving tray of platter.

Step 5

Pour dressing over sliced citrus.

Step 6

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and serve!
