Mix 1 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Mix 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1/3 cup oil and 1 large egg
Mix dry ingredients with the wet ingredients an then gently mix in the blueberries
Evenly divide batter into 18 greased or lined muffin cups
Mash together 3 Tablespoons flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 Tablespoons butter that has been cut in small pieces
Evenly sprinkle streusel topping onto the muffin batter
Bake at 350˚ for 18-20 minutes until muffins are cooked through and streusel is lightly brown
