Notes

  • Use softened room temperature cream cheese to help make sure all of the ingredients mix together well. Whipped cream cheese may be used, but the dip with be looser.
  • Whole jarred pepperoncini peppers may be used and sliced or jarred sliced pepperoncini peppers can be used to shorten prep time.
  • Onion or everything bagels may be used instead of plain bagels for extra flavor and texture.
  • Dip can be made up to 2 days ahead of time and stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
  • Bagel chips can be made earlier in the day and stored in a zip top bag after cooling. It's recommended not to prepare them too far in advance as the chips will start to soften in the bag after a few hours.
